Llys Hampson, Flintshire

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were awarded the electrical installation services contract for a new build development in Flintshire, North Wales. The development comprising 24 apartments including common areas was successfully completed ahead of schedule. The project also included a roof integrated PV installation, IP access control, addressable fire alarm and Automatic Opening Vent system.

North Wales Audi

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were tasked with the complete refit of the showroom lighting at North Wales Audi.  The existing luminaires were replaced with Philips LED directional fittings to enhance the contours of the vehicles on display.  Lux sensors with built in differential were used to control the operation of the perimeter lighting.  The results were impressive and complemented the showroom layout perfectly.

Llys Elen Egryn, GWYNEDD

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were appointed for the M&E elements at a new build development in Tywyn, Gwynedd.  The development was to include 8 apartments, common areas, and 4 adjacent dwellings.  The project included a comprehensive specification, and was completed within timescale for client handover.

Tŷ Ryan, Wrexham

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were proud to be the chosen electrical contractor on a scheme that was described as the first of its kind to take place in Wales. The development included 16 new build apartments, and saw ex-service personnel given the opportunity to be involved with the building work, gaining valuable trade experience and qualifications.  The project included access control, fire alarm and Automatic Opening Vent systems, and was successfully completed ahead of schedule.

Mochdre, Conwy

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were responsible for the installation of the electrical supply to one of the largest plastic injection moulding machines in Wales.  An existing overhead busbar trunking system was decommissioned, and the 240mm steel wire armoured cable rerouted to supply the new equipment via 400A fuse switch disconnector.  The project was completed in advance of the scheduled date for the manufacturing process to begin.

Tros yr Afon, Llanrwst

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were selected for the installation of electrical services and MVHR system at a new build development in Llanrwst, Conwy. The 8 modular affordable homes are fit for purpose for the future by being sustainable, energy efficient and carbon zero. Following structural completion, each home was subject to stringent air tightness, thermal imaging and sound migration tests to reach the superior Beattie Passive design standards.

North Wales Volkswagen

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were approached to undertake the complete refit of the showroom lighting at North Wales Volkswagen. The existing fittings were to be replaced with Philips LuxSpace Accent Performance luminaires. Powerful and discreet, LuxSpace Accent combines a high luminous flux in a compact form factor, allowing spot head rotation and two-directional tilting for maximum aiming flexibility.

Premier Decorations Ltd, Wrexham

AC Electrical (North Wales) Ltd were awarded the complete LED lighting upgrade at Premier Decorations Ltd in Wrexham. The installation comprised over 500 metres of cable tray mounted track lighting, linear low bay and recessed downlighting. A vastly improved lumen output and increased energy efficiency were achieved in time for the showroom’s grand opening.
